The Library’s Strategic Plan is closely aligned to the University’s.  As the University engages in a new strategic planning process, Library personnel will participate actively in the process, and the Library’s plan will continue to align closely with the University’s new plan.  The current strategic and action plans continue to apply.  The potential integration with two other PASSHE institutions will, if integration is approved, result in a transition action plan.  Library personnel are already engaged in sub-groups and sub-sub-groups, working with colleagues at the other two schools, under the leadership of the BU Library Director, to make suggestions for the potential integration.
