To register to vote in the state of Pennsylvania, you will need to fill out the voter registration form, which you can access by clicking on the register to vote button or by going to the PA Voter Registration Page.

The last day to register to vote is 10/19/2020 if you want to vote in the 2020 GENERAL ELECTION held on 11/03/2020. If you are not a U.S. citizen and a resident of Pennsylvania at least 30 days before the next election, you CANNOT register to vote.
If you wish to vote by absentee or mail-in ballot, your completed application must be received in the county office by 5:00 PM on 10/27/2020. Your absentee or mail-in ballot, must be postmarked by 8 p.m. on election day and received by your county election office by 5 p.m. on Friday, November 6 to be counted if you are mailing it in. If you are turning your ballot in by hand to your county election office, a drop box or other designated location, it must be turned in by 8 p.m. on election day. You can apply for an absentee ballot using the PA Voter Absentee Ballot Form. You must be a registered voter to submit an application. You may check whether you are registered to vote in Pennsylvania using Find Voter Registration Status.

The requirements to register to vote in the state of Pennsylvania are as follows:
- You must have been a citizen of the United States for at least one month before the next election date.
- You must have been a resident of Pennsylvania and your election district for at least 30 days before the next election.
- Be at least 18 years of age on the day of the next election.
