Library Card

  • Bloomsburg University students, staff, and faculty check out materials with their Bloomsburg University ID card. The ID card has the user's Library Account Number on the lower left corner card. This number is used to check the status of circulation records for dates due and fines, to place a hold or recall, and to renew materials.
  • Pennsylvania residents, including alumni, 18 years and older may apply for a free Pennsylvania Resident Borrower's Card by filling out an application form available at the Circulation Desk or online here, and presenting it to an Access Services staff member with with proof of residency, using one of the following with their current and/or permanent mailing address (no general Post Office Box drops):
    1) PA driver's license
    2) PA government-issued ID card
    3) United States Passport.

The Borrower's card is mailed to the PA resident, and full privileges will be available when received. Two (2) items may be borrowed at the time of initial registration. The card is valid for a period of 3 years.
