Works on national or ethnic cuisines and styles of cooking are entered under Cooking, [national or ethnic group] (examples: Cooking, French or Cooking, Chinese). These headings may be further subdivided to designate regional styles (example: Cooking, Spanish - Andalusian style).
To locate recipes for specific countries or regions, go to the online catalog. To know if the Library has a particular book, search by the title of the book (or other item) in Primo
