US Supreme Court Case Dockets

This course challenges you to identify current Supreme Court cases dealing with 1st Amendment issues.  Let us begin by searching for dockets. 

What is a Docket?  A docket is a calendar of cases awaiting action in court.  These dockets are usually accompanied by a very brief summary of the principal issues/events in the case. 

To start, go to the Supreme Court site and select Dockets, then Docket Search

Now you may do searches such as the following:

Freedom of speech

Freedom of religion, etc.

Free speech
