You Spoke: Getting Help

by Katie Yelinek on 2022-04-11T09:33:01-04:00 | Comments

Welcome to the fifth and last in a series of posts about the LibQual survey results.  Today we're talking about getting help in the Library.

We realize many of you haven’t been on a campus for the last few years, and many of you are still mostly accessing the Library remotely.  So, in case you get stuck, here are ways to get help.

1. Whenever the building is open, someone is staffing the circulation desk. Get in touch with that person using chat, text, phone, or by just walking up and asking.

2.  More in-depth research questions are answered by our research librarians during their on-call hours.  These are held during our peak usage times.  On-call hours are also posted on the homepage.  Research librarians can answer questions through chat, text, email, phone, or by asking in person at the circulation desk.

3. Call for general help: 570-389-4205.  Call for research assistance: 570-389-4204.  Text for help: 570-266-7928. Research assistance email:
